We are a growing plumbing company that takes pride in doing quality work, treating customers honestly, and doing the little things right. We are looking for someone who takes an ownership of their work, communicates well, and wants to be part of a team with high standards. This position is a good fit for a plumber who can work independently in the field while understanding that the job isn't finished until the customer is taken care of and the paperwork is complete. Responsibilities As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will: Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing problems Perform water, sewer, drain, fixture, and general plumbing repairs Provide customers with clear explanations of plumbing issues and recommended solutions Build and present estimates for recommended repairs Complete approved work safely and professionally Communicate with customers throughout the service call Take required jobsite photos and document completed work Accurately record materials, job notes, and other required information Collect payment and properly close out jobs Submit estimates and follow-up information before leaving or as required Maintain an organized and professional service vehicle Keep company tools and equipment clean and accounted for Follow Plumbing Pioneers' procedures, safety standards, and company policies Communicate with the office regarding scheduling, job changes, additional work, or customer concerns Participate in company meetings, training, and coaching What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has plumbing service and repair experience Can troubleshoot plumbing problems without constant supervision Takes pride in workmanship Shows up on time and ready to work Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers Is comfortable providing estimates and discussing repair options with customers Pays attention to the small details Takes responsibility when something is missed or goes wrong Can manage their time and complete jobs efficiently Is willing to learn and receive coaching Keeps their truck, tools, and work areas organized Understands that customer service is an important part of being a service plumber Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Our Core Values At Plumbing Pioneers, how we do the work matters just as much as the work itself. Qualifications Plumbing service/repair experience preferred Residential plumbing experience strongly preferred Ability to diagnose common plumbing problems Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment Valid driver's license Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing work Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for job documentation and communication Professional appearance and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$20-$28 depending on experience.
