In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water systems, plumbing fixtures, and drainage networks across residential and commercial properties. You will be running a jetter and a camera line and more. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, meet safety standards, and adhere to local building codes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings. Running the jetter machine and the camera line. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of plumbing systems Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to prevent or resolve blockages Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites while adhering to all commercial driving regulations Perform plumbing inspections in accordance with local building codes and safety standards to ensure compliance Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, piping systems, and related components with precision and craftsmanship Collaborate with construction teams on site experience tasks such as carpentry or HVAC integration when necessary Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair tasks as part of daily duties Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for accountability and future reference Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential or commercial plumbing projects Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge Hands-on experience with drain cleaning tools, plumbing inspection cameras, water systems maintenance, and repair techniques Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing standards to ensure compliant work practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Valid driver's license Knowledge of HVAC systems or handyman experience is a plus but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety protocols Join us if you're eager to make a tangible impact through your plumbing expertise!
