Experienced Plumber - Full Time Sperry Plumbing Inc. | Union, MO Sperry Plumbing Inc. is looking for an experienced plumber to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated company specializing in new construction, service and repair, remodeling, sewer work, and sewer pipe lining. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with hands-on plumbing experience who can confidently perform plumbing work, troubleshoot problems, and complete jobs with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Perform residential and light commercial plumbing Complete plumbing for new construction and remodel projects Diagnose and repair plumbing problems Install and repair water heaters, toilets, faucets, fixtures, valves, and piping Perform sewer and drain work Read blueprints and plumbing plans Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs Follow plumbing codes and company standards Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and coworkers Keep your work area, tools, and company vehicle organized What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing installation and repair Ability to work independently and make good decisions in the field Ability to read plans and understand plumbing layouts Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable with a strong work ethic Good communication and customer-service skills Able to perform the physical requirements of the plumbing trade Journeyman license is a plus, but proven experience and ability matter Pay Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Experienced plumbers who can work independently and handle jobs from start to finish will be compensated accordingly.
