Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Plumber and become a vital part of delivering top-tier plumbing solutions to homeowners. In this energetic role, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local building codes. Your expertise will help create comfortable, functional living spaces by tackling a variety of plumbing challenges with precision and professionalism. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling, utilizing your technical skills and customer service talents to make a real difference in clients' homes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and fixtures. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Perform drain cleaning and unclogging using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites. Utilize welding, pipe threading, and carpentry skills for custom fittings or remodeling projects. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction. Use plumbing inspection cameras to identify hidden issues within pipes or water systems. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures and integrating new plumbing components seamlessly into existing structures. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing systems. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of local building codes , and water system maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of construction site work. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience operating heavy machinery or commercial driving is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience operating a company vehicle preferred.
