Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Commercial Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across commercial construction sites and existing facilities. You will need to be familiar with safety standards and adhere to local building codes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Operate company vehicles and heavy machinery safely to transport tools and materials to job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, etc. to complete tasks efficiently. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and recommend appropriate repairs or upgrades. Collaborate with construction teams, general contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met on time. Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work. Assist with remodeling projects, assembly of plumbing components, and general handyman tasks as needed. Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance, repair, and installation in both new builds and existing structures. Skilled in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety procedures and site protocols. Competence in operating hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and other related equipment. Strong understanding of local building codes governing commercial plumbing systems. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues. Aquatherm Piping experience a plus. MedGas certification also a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
