Your expertise will ensure our clients enjoy reliable water systems, efficient drainage, and safe plumbing operations. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, adhering to local building codes and safety standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and other construction tools to complete projects efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future issues. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform plumbing system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to ensure optimal water flow and system integrity. Manage construction site tasks including heavy lifting, assembly of plumbing components, remodeling work, and construction plumbing tasks. Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies during job site travel. Collaborate with team members on construction site experience, ensuring quality workmanship and timely project completion. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs or installations clearly and professionally to clients. Skills Proven Service experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance. Skilled in pipe threading, interpreting technical drawings, and using plumbing inspection cameras. Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage solutions, commercial plumbing practices, and residential plumbing standards. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and handyman skills for diverse repair tasks. Familiarity with local building codes to ensure compliance during all phases of work. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical specifications for complex projects. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and efficient workflow management.
