Full-Time Join Our Growing Team as a Plumbing Manager Draingo Plumbing of MS is looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to oversee our plumbing operations and lead our service team. We are looking for a proven plumbing professional with strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills who can manage day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service. Our company handles residential plumbing service, repairs, installations, and home warranty claims . We work with multiple home warranty companies, creating a steady flow of service calls and requiring strong coordination between our technicians, customers, office staff, and warranty providers. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the plumbing trade and knows how to build and manage a successful service operation. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- REQUIRED Minimum of 2 years of plumbing management or supervisory experience
- REQUIRED High school diploma or GED
- REQUIRED Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, repairs, and installations Proven ability to lead, train, and manage plumbing technicians Experience with residential service plumbing and dispatch operations Experience working with home warranty companies is strongly preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety requirements, and quality-control standards Plumbing license or applicable state certification is strongly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily plumbing operations Supervise, train, and support plumbing technicians Monitor technician performance, productivity, and quality of work Assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and plumbing issues Review completed work to ensure it meets company and industry standards Coordinate scheduling and service calls with the office and dispatch team Work directly with homeowners and customers when escalated issues arise Manage relationships and service requirements with home warranty companies Review warranty claims, documentation, estimates, and completed work Help ensure technicians follow warranty procedures and company policies Monitor inventory, tools, equipment, and company vehicles Assist with hiring and onboarding new plumbing technicians Conduct training and provide ongoing coaching to field employees Enforce safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the plumbing department Work closely with ownership and office management to achieve company goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strong plumbing professional and an effective leader .
