• not just someone to fill a seat. Position Overview This is a paid, hands-on apprenticeship where you'll work directly alongside experienced plumbers on real residential and commercial projects. You'll develop real skills in a trade where a journeyman plumber can earn $100,000 or more per year. If you're motivated, show up on time, and take pride in your work

What You'll Do Assist journeyman and master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Work with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and related equipment Assist with pipe fitting, assembly, and system layout Participate in site preparation, trenching, and excavation support Help inspect plumbing systems for code compliance and safety Troubleshoot basic issues in the field under supervision Contribute to a clean, professional jobsite at all times What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; trade school coursework is a plus Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in the plumbing trade Basic familiarity with hand tools and how to use them safely Ability to follow directions, take feedback, and apply it Strong work ethic
