Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m

•5:00 p.m.

Compensation:

$32

•42 per hour BOE Montana 911 is a new service brand built on old-school work ethic and the established local legacies of Talon Services and 911 Plumbing & Heating. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Journeyman Plumber who shares those values and can help us build the next chapter of our company in Great Falls. This position includes residential and commercial plumbing service, diagnostics, repairs, installations, estimating, and customer communication. We are looking for someone who performs quality work, takes ownership of each assignment, and can confidently present and sell appropriate service options to customers. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing problems. Complete plumbing installations, replacements, maintenance, and service work. Prepare accurate estimates and clearly present service and repair options. Identify legitimate additional needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Obtain customer approval and convert estimates into completed work. Work toward established sales and revenue expectations, which may include a future sales quota. Maintain accurate job notes, photographs, material records, estimates, and service documentation. Communicate scheduling changes, job complications, and additional work needs promptly. Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and assigned inventory. Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company procedures. Support apprentices and other team members when needed. Maintain a clean and professional work area and customer-facing appearance. Requirements Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license or the ability to obtain Montana licensure before beginning work. Relevant residential and commercial plumbing experience. Gas license preferred but not required. Ability to accurately estimate work and confidently present pricing and service options. Willingness and ability to sell services ethically without using high-pressure or misleading tactics. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and complete assignments accurately. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing service work. Employment is contingent upon verification of licensure, an acceptable motor vehicle record, and successful completion of the required background check. We are looking for a plumber who understands that technical ability is only one part of professional service. The successful candidate must also be able to build customer trust, recognize legitimate service opportunities, prepare accurate estimates, and convert appropriate recommendations into approved work.

Pay:

$32

•42 per hour, based on experience, licensing, technical ability, and demonstrated service-sales performance. Additional performance-based compensation may be introduced as sales and production expectations are established.
