In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to prevent blockages and ensure proper water flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute plumbing installations accurately Perform remodeling tasks involving plumbing system upgrades or modifications in existing structures Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites Maintain plumbing systems through routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to prevent future issues Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Hands-on experience with welding, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems and safety regulations Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting, assembly, remodeling projects, and site safety protocols Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system troubleshooting Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-quality plumbing solutions with energy and enthusiasm!
