The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various plumbing techniques and tools. This role involves working on construction sites, performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed to code and meets safety standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and assembly of piping systems as required. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as part of daily tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
