Service Technician II Location:
Winston Salem, NC Pay:
Starting at $30.39 + ability to earn up to $2,500 in quarterly bonuses
Shift :
8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday (OT as needed. Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation) We're looking for a skilled Service Technician II to help maintain high-quality homes and deliver outstanding service to residents. If you have experience in residential maintenance, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in your work, this is an opportunity to join a team where your expertise is valued. What You'll Do Complete resident service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely, professional manner Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and general home maintenance Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections to identify and address potential issues Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and applicable building codes Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and team members Identify and report safety hazards or property concerns What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Experience in residential maintenance, construction, remodeling, or related trades Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and general home repairs EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal Certification required Valid driver's license, insurance, and ability to pass MVR check Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and preventative maintenance practices Ability to troubleshoot issues, prioritize workload, and work independently Ability to operate a tablet for work orders and data input in field Preferred Qualifications Trade school education or vocational training Single-family or multi-family property maintenance experience Experience with drywall, painting, roofing, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing repairs Background in property management, renovation, or construction Physical & Work Environment Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Frequent walking, climbing, bending, lifting, and carrying materials and equipment Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with or without assistance Participation in on-call, evening, and weekend rotations as needed Daily travel within the local market using a company-provided vehicle TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
