Job description Brown Point Facility Management Solutions, LLC. is looking to hire a Plumber Journeyman Technician to be assigned to a commercial office portfolio. The Plumber Technician would have the following responsibilities (this list is not all inclusive):
Plumber Technician Responsibilities:
Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial sites Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial sites Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction Communicate well with team members and fellow employees Manage a work log Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment. Handles necessary repairs and maintenance. Installs equipment and appliances. Follows local and state building codes. Complies with all company safety regulations. Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports. Reports any issues to the maintenance manager or clients. Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed. Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients. Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed. Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions. Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.

$32.00 - $40.00 per hour
