Responsibilities Install commercial plumbing systems from blueprints and specifications. Install domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, medical gas (if qualified), and specialty piping systems. Set plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and plumbing equipment. Coordinate work with Project Managers, Foremen, and other trades. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Ensure all work meets state and local plumbing codes. Perform pressure testing, startup assistance, and system troubleshooting. Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of plumbers. Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications Required Current New Hampshire Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (or ability to obtain NH license through reciprocity). Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience . Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods. Experience with copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, Victaulic, and threaded piping. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Experience with hospitals, schools, laboratories, multi-family housing, and industrial facilities. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
