Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems adhere to local building codes and safety regulations, delivering reliable solutions that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to building safe and efficient plumbing environments. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with construction plans and blueprints. Read schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects. Perform pipe threading, pipe installation, welding, and gas piping system work with precision and safety. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with building codes. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely while adhering to safety regulations. Diagnose mechanical issues within plumbing or HVAC systems using schematic diagrams and technical knowledge. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Experience Proven construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects. Strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and building code compliance. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate project execution. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and carpentry skills as needed. Knowledge of gas piping systems, pipe installation methods, remodeling projects, and maintenance operations. Familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices within construction environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of quality and safety regulations. Valid license as a Service Plumber with current certification; additional certifications in HVAC or welding are a plus. Pay:
$36.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
