Job Description
Overview Plumber As a plumber you play the critical role in ensuring that plumbing infrastructure functions smoothly, efficiently, and safely to support the operational needs of the facility and provide a comfortable environment for guest and staff. Responsibilities Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the repair, maintenance and installation of domestic water distribution systems, steam distribution systems, sanitary sewerage systems, irrigation systems, fire suppression systems and their appurtenant equipment throughout the complex. Performs other service work as directed. Qualifications High School Diploma, Vocational Training or equivalent preferred. Minimum two (2) years experience in the repair, service, and installation of industrial plumbing systems or equivalent technical training. Must possess a Casino Employee Registration or be eligible to obtain such a credential from the New Jersey DGE.
