In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will help us provide top-quality service to our valued customers. This position Requires skill in estimating, pricing, and doing the job, while maintaining highest level of professionalism. Getting to the root of customers needs. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading equipment to perform precise installations and repairs. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure optimal flow. Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately to interpret project requirements and plan installations or repairs accordingly. Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, corrosion, or damage; perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues. Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work; document inspections and repairs thoroughly. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing new piping, or modifying existing plumbing infrastructure as needed. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments. Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications; capable of working with various metals and materials. Strong drain cleaning skills utilizing specialized tools; knowledge of plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics. Familiarity with construction site procedures, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems. Ability to operate company vehicles safely; valid commercial driver's license preferred for local driving tasks. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and assembly tools for precise work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients; handyman experience is a plus. Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces; basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
