We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis drinking-water systems throughout New Jersey . We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company. Most importantly, we want someone we can trust and build with for the long term. Compensation and Benefits The first few installations will be paid per job so we can evaluate your workmanship, professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. After demonstrating consistent, high-quality work, you'll transition to $40-$50 per hour , depending on your experience and quality of work—approximately $83,000-$104,000 per year at full-time hours. A company vehicle will be provided once you transition into the long-term position. As installation volume grows, there will be opportunities for increased hours, long-term stability, and advancement within the company. About the Opportunity We're investing heavily in marketing and expect installation volume to increase rapidly over the next several months. This position begins as contract or part-time work, with the goal of bringing the right person on as a long-term member of our team. Our goal is to scale to 30-60 installations per month , and we're looking for someone who wants to help build that operation from the ground up. Responsibilities Install whole-home water softeners and filtration systems (10x54 and larger) Install under-sink reverse osmosis systems, including tank and tankless models Complete plumbing tie-ins, system startup, testing, and final customer walkthroughs Ensure every installation is clean, professional, and completed to a high standard Maintain a clean job site and leave customers' homes in excellent condition Represent Honest Water Co Of Jersey professionally with every customer Encourage satisfied homeowners to leave Google reviews after completed installations Complete most installations within approximately 3-4 hours Requirements Previous experience installing water treatment systems is required Strong plumbing skills and the ability to work independently Plumbing license preferred, but not required for experienced candidates Must have your own plumbing tools Must currently have a truck or suitable work vehicle for the initial contract period; a company vehicle will be provided upon transitioning into the long-term position Must be willing to travel throughout New Jersey Able to accept installation jobs with 48-72 hours' notice Able to safely lift and move equipment weighing 80-100+ lbs Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills—you'll represent our company inside customers' homes Who We're Looking For We're not just hiring another installer—we're looking for someone we can trust and build a business with.
