- Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs System Inspections & Testing
- Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality Customer Interaction
- Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfaction Cost Estimation & Solutions
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance Service Titan
- Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations Customer Service Excellence
- Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications Experience 1-3 + years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing Certification
- Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred Technical Expertise
- Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements Service Software
- Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus Communication Skills
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Attention to Detail
- Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations Customer-Focused
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude Driver's License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
