Overview Join our dynamic team as a Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and improving plumbing systems across various residential and commercial properties. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will drive success in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing plumbing and drainage components. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage components on construction sites or commercial facilities Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks accurately and efficiently Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation or repair projects Diagnose plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge; execute repairs or replacements as needed Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed in compliance with safety standards Skills Strong foundation in construction plumbing, including pipe fitting, pipe threading, and system schematics interpretation Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Familiarity with carpentry techniques useful for remodeling or custom installations Valid driver's license (DL) preferred for transportation between job sites Handyman experience or previous work in remodeling enhances versatility on diverse projects Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a tangible difference!
