Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent backups Perform plumbing system inspections to identify potential problems Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all work activities Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing new piping systems, or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure Utilize heavy lifting techniques when handling pipes or equipment safely on construction sites Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and using plumbing inspection cameras Knowledge of construction site procedures, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with local building codes and plumbing regulations Ability to operate heavy machinery such as power tools, hand tools, and construction site equipment safely Mechanical knowledge related to water systems, plumbing system maintenance, and remodeling projects Experience with drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or commercial driving credentials preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues Join our team as a Plumber Technician if you're eager to apply your technical skills in a rewarding environment that values craftsmanship, safety, and exceptional service.
