Job Description:
Our Dig Crew Plumbing Lead is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plumbing issues, managing the dig crew, and addressing customer concerns on site. A Dig Crew Plumbing Lead will complete approved repairs in a timely manner, have a clean and orderly work area, collect payment, and complete paperwork. Potential of $100k plus
Job Title:
Dig Crew Plumbing Lead Requirements:
5 years of experience in the residential service plumbing industry and the ability to work independently 3 years of experience excavating especially around buried utilities and other hazards Assist with excavation around utilities (public or private) Assist with laying and gluing joints on piping Assist with wall penetrations Backfill with shovels, rakes, and pneumatic tamper Apply weather proofing to wall penetrations Bring and get materials for the job The ability to communicate written and orally to the customers Technical know-how - to use email, invoice software, etc. Ability to work a shifted schedule Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers Ability to manage a crew and complete projects in a safe and timely manner Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.) Ability to use own plumbing tools (Basic trade related hand tools) Good physical condition Other requirements: Reliable Transportation Valid Driver's License Harris Plumbing is a family-owned business that's been serving the area for over 18 years.
