We want someone who is comfortable selling through education and trust. You should be able to explain the difference between repairing something today and investing in a longer-term solution while allowing the customer to make the final decision. What We Offer Number One is a locally owned Albuquerque company providing Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Solar services. We are building a team of skilled tradespeople who want more than just another plumbing job. We offer a professional service environment, established customer base, modern dispatch and field technology, training, opportunities for advancement, and the ability for strong performers to grow their income and career. We're looking for a Journeyman Plumber who can walk into a service call, diagnose the problem, communicate confidently with the homeowner, sell the right solution, and then has the technical ability to complete everything from the underground to the final trim.
