Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads the work of Journey-level Plumbers and Trades Helpers and participates in the repair, maintenance, inspection and installation of systems and Journey-level crafts projects. Assigns and inspects the work of Plumbers and Trades Helpers; initiates corrective action to secure satisfactory standards and timely project completion. Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules and procedures for equipment maintenance. Determines material and labor estimates. Participates in maintenance, repair and installation duties in the trades.

Qualifications Required Education and Experience:

Required Education:

High School diploma or GED certificate.;

Required Experience:

Eight (8) years of experience related to the standard duties as outlined.;

Equivalency:

Completion of a post-secondary degree or certificate may substitute for years of experience.;

Required Certification/License:

NM Journeyman Plumbing License. NM Journeyman Gas Fitter License and Valid unrestricted driver's license.
