We specialize in emergency and urgent plumbing service and are looking for technicians who can diagnose problems, communicate professionally with customers, and complete service and repair work with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level plumbing position . Applicants should have at least 3 years of full-time experience working as a plumbing service technician and be comfortable handling a wide variety of residential and commercial service calls. Experience We're Looking For Qualified applicants should have hands-on experience with: Drain cleaning and clearing difficult stoppages Diagnosing and repairing water leaks Water heater diagnosis, repair, and replacement Shower valves, faucets, toilets, and fixture repairs Water service and underground plumbing repairs General plumbing troubleshooting and repair Hydro jetting and drain/sewer work Safely pulling and maneuvering equipment trailers Working independently on service calls Proper jobsite and customer-property safety procedures Requirements Applicants must: Have at least 3 years of full-time plumbing service technician experience Have a clean criminal background Have a clean driving record and be insurable to operate company vehicles Have a valid driver's license Own the professional hand tools appropriate for an experienced plumbing service technician Be OSHA 10 certified Be capable of safely towing, backing, and operating with a hydro-jetting/equipment trailer Be dependable, professional, and comfortable working directly with customers Be able to accurately diagnose plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repairs A Journeyman Plumbing Card is strongly preferred , but experienced service technicians without one may still be considered based on experience and qualifications. Ride & Try Program - $22/Hour New technicians begin at $22.00 per hour during our Ride & Try training period . Instead of putting you into a truck immediately, you'll ride with one of our experienced technicians and work actual day-to-day service calls. This gives you an opportunity to see how our company operates , the types of calls we handle, our customers, our expectations, and how our technicians earn their income. It also gives us an opportunity to make sure you're comfortable handling the type of plumbing service work we perform before transitioning into your own service calls. Commission Pay After successfully completing the Ride & Try period, technicians transition to our commission-based compensation program and earn a percentage of the jobs they complete . Our established technicians currently earn approximately: $80,000-$110,000 per year Actual earnings depend on individual production, jobs completed, experience, availability, and performance. This is a production-based position, so technicians who are capable of efficiently diagnosing and completing service work have significant earning potential.
