Plumbing Technician - Drain Specialist SIMPLY Cooling Heating & Plumbing Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time From $1,000 a week 15 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Field service Driver's License Problem-solving Technical troubleshooting support Full Job Description Position Summary In this role, you'll be the first technician to respond to residential sewer and drain issues — things like toilet backups, clogged drains, and main line stoppages. Your job is to diagnose the issue, communicate clearly with the homeowner, drive revenue and coordinate next steps with our team when larger repairs are needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to residential drain and sewer service calls Troubleshoot issues like toilet backups, slow drains, and main line stoppages Perform basic drain clearing when appropriate Clearly explain findings to customers and help them understand the next steps Provide a calm, professional experience in stressful plumbing situations Coordinate with sales or installation teams when larger repairs are needed Document service details and communicate findings to the team Maximize each service opportunity by uncovering customer needs and recommending complete, long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes Qualifications Knowledge of residential plumbing systems At least 3 years experience working independently as a technician in the field Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and think through solutions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to provide a reference from a previous employer
