Role:

We're looking for an experienced, independent plumber to handle water softener installations for residential/commercial clients. This is a contract position ideal for a licensed professional who wants flexible, project-based work. Never worry where your next job is going to come from.. Open your schedule that morning, see what system is being installed at the customer address, pick up the equipment that morning at Sliter Water Co location & go do your installation on a pre sold for you job. Jobs aren't by the hour.. so you can do very well with us if you're a good plumber and know how to install these systems..

Responsibilities:

Install water softener systems in residential and/or commercial properties Assess plumbing setups to determine proper installation approach Connect softener units to existing water lines safely and to code Make sure Drain lines are in place up to code. Test systems post-installation to confirm proper function Communicate with clients regarding installation timelines and any issues Maintain a clean, professional work site Represent Sliter Water Co. professionally

Requirements:

Valid plumbing license (or state-required certification/qualification) Proven experience with water softener or water treatment system installations Own tools and reliable transportation (Company Will Provide Tools If Needed) Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients Proof of insurance (if applicable in your area)

Preferred:

Experience with multiple water softener brands/models References from past installation work Open scheduling

Compensation:
