In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in newly built residential properties. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to bring new homes to life with reliable plumbing solutions. Duties Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations on construction sites Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to verify adherence to safety standards and building codes Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics, measurements, and compliance records Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing within residential new construction environments Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and plumbing installation procedures Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in various outdoor conditions Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving responsibilities if required Prior experience with remodeling or handyman tasks is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in shaping the future of residential living by delivering top-quality plumbing solutions from the ground up!
