Compensation:

You'll work hands-on alongside experienced, licensed installers every day, building the skills, habits, and knowledge that turn a good worker into a great plumber. No prior plumbing license required — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude on every job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work alongside licensed plumbing installers on residential installation jobs Assist with loading, staging, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment on-site Support layout, prep, and execution of water, drain, waste, vent, and fixture installs Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized — Goettl's standard is picture-perfect Document your work through iAuditor and ServiceTitan at job completion Communicate clearly with the lead installer and field supervisor throughout the day Complete coursework and training milestones in the Goettl Academy Career Playbook
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn residential plumbing installation Ability to take direction and work effectively under a licensed installer Comfortable working in a customer's home — professional, respectful, and on point Basic familiarity with hand tools and job site safety Clean driving record for the last two years + valid driver's license OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain — we support this) Able to pass background and drug screen upon offer Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or the trades is a plus — but not required Apply now.
