Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Plumber to oversee and execute plumbing projects across residential and commercial construction sites. As a Lead Plumber, you will be responsible for managing plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations. Your expertise in construction plumbing, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems will drive the success of our projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of plumbers, coordinate with project managers, and deliver high-quality plumbing solutions that meet client expectations. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including gas piping, pipe threading, pipe installation, and system troubleshooting for both residential and commercial properties Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical standards Coordinate with contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to facilitate seamless project execution Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to maintenance or remodeling projects; perform repairs as needed Manage heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate tools and equipment; utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently during installations or repairs Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates, maintenance logs, and incident reports Uphold safety standards on-site by enforcing safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members Skills Extensive construction experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects Handyman experience beneficial for troubleshooting diverse issues on-site Join us as a Lead Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions while leading teams that prioritize safety, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Pay:
$27.94 - $33.64 per hour
