Job Description
Job Summary As an Experienced Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and light commercial environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, efficiency in the field, and the ability to complete jobs to a high standard with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (drain lines, water heaters, fixtures, piping, etc.) Perform installations including water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and related components Determine job scope, materials needed, and estimated time for completion Communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding job status and findings Ensure all work meets company standards, plumbing codes, and safety regulations Use company-provided tablet and mobile phone for dispatching, job notes, and communication Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Pick up materials from the warehouse when needed (optional early start at 7:30 AM) Experience 3+ years of plumbing experience (service and installation required) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with residential and light commercial plumbing systems Ability to work independently and manage job sites effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using tablets and mobile devices for job tracking Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What we offer Competitive hourly pay ($32-$36/hr based on experience) Consistent full-time schedule (Monday-Friday) Strong pipeline of work (residential & commercial) Supportive team and organized dispatch system Potential on call opportunity Opportunity for growth within the company Join us as a Plumber and bring your expertise to vibrant construction projects!
