The Role:

Lead Heating Technician This is not just another mechanic job — this is a field leadership position . You'll be the person others look to on the job. What you'll be doing: Leading residential heating installs (oil & gas systems) Troubleshooting and diagnosing heating and high efficiency systems with confidence Mentoring apprentices and junior techs Communicating clearly with homeowners Delivering clean, high-quality work from start to finish What We're Looking For 7+ years experience in residential heating service & install Strong hydronic knowledge (oil & gas) Ability to run a job independently Clean, detail-oriented install work Strong communication skills with customers Clean driver's license (required) Pride in doing things the right way
