Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to work with various hand and power tools. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work meets safety standards and complies with local regulations. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure proper functionality. Collaborate with HVAC technicians to integrate plumbing systems with heating and cooling units. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation techniques and repair methods. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Ability to delegate tasks Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plumbing tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Experience cutting and treading gas piping
