As a Residential Service Plumbing Technician at NH Ross, you will be responsible for providing top-quality plumbing services in residential settings. Your duties will include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing installations, and conducting repairs on various plumbing systems, including sinks, faucets, toilets, and water heaters. A commitment to customer satisfaction, along with technical expertise and excellent troubleshooting skills, is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering efficient and reliable plumbing solutions while ensuring a positive client experience.
Compensation Range:
$65,000 - $110,000 Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential properties. Install new plumbing systems, including piping, drains, fixtures, and appliances. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards. Communicate effectively with homeowners to provide clear explanations of services and solutions. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to resolve plumbing issues. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used in repairs. Stay informed about the latest advancements in plumbing technologies and local regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a residential plumber or in a similar plumbing role. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and installation procedures. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and projects. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Physical capability to handle manual labor and lift heavy materials.
