Construction Superintendent | Heating & Plumbing Installations NYC Metro Area | Full-Time | $125,000 to $150,000 + Project Performance Bonus About the Opportunity A leading NYC mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and multifamily mechanical projects throughout the NYC metro area. Projects include central boiler plant replacements, heating system upgrades, plumbing installations, controls integration, and energy infrastructure work ranging from $2M to $20M. You'll take full ownership of active job sites, overseeing field crews, subcontractors, safety, quality, scheduling, and daily execution from mobilization through closeout. This is a hands-on leadership role with long-term growth, project bonuses, and the opportunity to work on some of New York's most complex MEP projects.
