Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute projects Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to ensure clear water flow and prevent backups Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites Perform remodeling tasks such as fixture replacement or system upgrades with precision and attention to detail Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during every project Collaborate with team members on construction site experience including assembly, heavy lifting, and site cleanup Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify potential issues before they become costly problems Maintain accurate documentation of work performed for client records and compliance purposes Experience Proven construction experience with residential or commercial plumbing projects Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras and drain cleaning equipment Hands-on experience with construction site activities including remodeling and assembly tasks Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems and safety standards Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and company vehicles safely Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications Previous handyman experience or general construction background is a plus Join our team today if you're ready to bring your plumbing expertise into an energetic environment where your skills make a real difference!
