Responsibilities Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras. Support the setup and operation of construction plumbing tasks, including pipe threading, assembly, remodeling projects, and system testing. Conduct drain cleaning and troubleshoot plumbing issues using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and drain snakes. Follow blueprints and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately. Help with heavy lifting of pipes, fixtures, and materials while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of work sites, organize tools and materials, and ensure compliance with local building codes. Support the operation of company vehicles for transportation to job sites and assist with basic handyman tasks as needed. Requirements Prior construction experience or hands-on work on construction sites is highly preferred. Knowledge of plumbing systems including residential and commercial plumbing practices. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras safely. Familiarity with local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs. Experience with water systems maintenance, drain cleaning equipment, and remodeling projects is a plus. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizes and system layouts. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles; experience driving large vehicles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with clients or team members.
