Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of field experience. This role is primarily focused on plumbing but also requires versatility across general maintenance tasks, including light electrical, painting, tiling, and handyman work. This is a field-based position offering a high level of independence. Technicians operate with the support of our office team and mobile technology platform, allowing for efficient job management and communication. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial environments Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in the field Perform general maintenance tasks, including: painting, tile work (VCT/ceramic), basic electrical and mechanical work, general handyman services Respond to emergency service calls to ensure client operations remain uninterrupted Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards and plumbing codes Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job details via mobile app Maintain clear, professional communication with clients on-site What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset Willingness to travel Compensation & Benefits Up to $40/hour , based on experience and skill set Company-provided vehicle and tools Paid holidays Paid time-off Health insurance 401K Retirement plan Additional Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Why Join BNB Repairs?
