Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plumber Helper/Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems on various construction sites. Your hands-on involvement will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with building codes. Responsibilities Assist licensed plumbers with pipe installation, system maintenance, and repairs on commercial and residential construction sites Operate hand tools, power tools and pipe threading machines safely and effectively Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping systems using appropriate techniques and materials Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Support the setup of plumbing fixtures and components during remodeling or renovation projects Maintain a clean work area, organize tools and materials, and adhere to all safety regulations throughout each project phase Qualifications Background in construction plumbing preferred Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and assembly processes Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and installation Ability to follow safety protocols including power tool safety practices Customer service mindset with strong communication skills when interacting with team members or clients Valid experience in plumbing system maintenance and repair; handyman or remodeling experience is a plus Willingness to learn new skills such as pipe installation techniques or advanced mechanical systems Join our team to build a rewarding career in construction plumbing!
