Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently, adhere to safety standards, and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely. Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Perform drain cleaning using manual or motorized augers and other specialized equipment to clear blockages. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and modifying existing systems as needed. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair. Knowledge of construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing systems. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly. Experience with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, pipe threading, and interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and basic math for measurements and calculations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed. Hands-on experience with water systems maintenance, drain cleaning methods, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks is highly desirable.
