Job Description
New Construction Plumbing Technician Location:
Hamptons, NY (South Fork & surrounding areas) Join One of the East End's Premier Plumbing Companies We're looking for an experienced New Construction Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. Our projects include custom luxury homes throughout the Hamptons, where quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism matter. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and want to work with a company that values its employees, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities- Install DWV, water distribution, gas piping, and underground plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Lay out plumbing systems accurately from plans.
- Install rough and finish plumbing in high-end residential homes.
- Work with cast iron, PVC, copper, PEX, and gas piping.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Ensure all work complies with New York plumbing codes and company quality standards. Qualifications
- 5+ years of new construction plumbing experience required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing code and installation practices.
- Experience working on custom residential homes preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
- Must speak English.
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team member. Compensation & Benefits
- $35-$45 per hour, based on experience.
- Full-time, year-round employment (40 hours/week).
