Plumber - Modular Construction Bill Lake Modular Homes is seeking a Plumber to join our expert modular construction team in Sprakers, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in modular homes. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience with plumbing systems in bathrooms and kitchens and experience working with various types of piping including PVC, PEX, and copper. What You'll Do:
Installation:
Installation of plumbing fixtures like toilets, sinks, and bathtubs, as well as appliances like water heaters and dishwashers
Troubleshoot/Problem Solve:
Anticipate nuances and potential issues based on design challenges and pose solutions
What You Bring:
1+ years of plumbing or construction experience (preferred but not required). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Proficiency with hand and power tools. Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and reliability. Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights using ladders or scaffolding. Valid driver's license (preferred). Personal hand tools (preferred).
