As a Plumbing Installer , you'll handle a mix of residential plumbing installations and some light service work. You'll diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly to homeowners, complete high-quality installs and repairs, and keep every job clean, organized, and low-stress for the customer. Key Responsibilities for Plumbing Installer Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately Complete plumbing installations, replacements, and fixture upgrades to a high standard Rough renovation projects including waste, vent, & water lines Handle service calls end-to-end, from troubleshooting to clean closeout Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and completed work Ensure code compliance, safety, and strong workmanship on every job Maintain organized truck stock, tools, materials, and paperwork Keep jobsites clean and protected, with respect for customers' homes Document work clearly in ServiceTitan or similar software Support smooth coordination with the internal team and help keep jobs moving Qualifications for Plumbing Installer 3 or more years of residential plumbing experience in service, install, or both Strong diagnostic ability and hands-on installation skills Experience with fixture installs, replacements, repairs, and general residential plumbing systems Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, per company policy and insurer requirements Employment is contingent on passing a background check consistent with applicable law Journeyman license or relevant certification preferred, but not required Strong customer communication and professionalism in the home Pride in clean work, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time Pay & Benefits Full-time, W-2 employment

Pay:
