Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems, and drainage components in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and install plumbing components efficiently Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical standards Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to prevent issues and extend system lifespan Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and clients to coordinate project timelines and address any plumbing-related concerns Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely during pipe installation or remodeling projects while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing and residential or commercial projects Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building regulations, HVAC systems, gas piping systems, and safety standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and mechanical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and carpentry skills as needed Experience with pipe installation—including pipe fitting, threading, soldering—and system maintenance or repair Familiarity with construction site procedures including heavy lifting and working at heights when necessary Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license for commercial driving when required; experience with field service operations is a plus Commitment to safety regulations and adherence to all safety protocols during project execution Join our team as a Journeyman Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions while working in a fast-paced construction environment.
