Job Description
About the Role As a CBRE Plumber, you will support multiple client sites by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical, and distribution systems. This is a Monday-Friday day shift role with overtime available as needed. You'll travel between locations, with a company provided vehicle, to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently, providing high quality service in a fast paced, customer focused environment. What You'll Do Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and medical gas supply and distribution system. Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber's snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer. Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations. Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices. Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair. Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed. Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed. Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements. Complete all HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc. Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management.
