Pay rate is $32.00 per hour plus $100 per day per diem (6 days per week). Schedule is 50+ hours per week,

Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM

• 3:30

PM, Friday:

6:00 AM

• 2:30

PM and Saturday:

6:00 AM

• Skilled plumbers with strong commercial construction experience who are able to work independently from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications with limited supervision.
• Candidates must be proficient in the installation of cast iron, PVC, copper, and steel piping systems for water, waste, and vent applications.
• Strong experience with ProPress systems and soldering is required.
• Additional required experience includes layout, rough-in and finish plumbing, installation of hangers and supports, proper drainage slope, and system assembly in accordance with commercial building codes.
• Candidates must be able to troubleshoot, coordinate with other trades, and maintain high-quality workmanship in active jobsite environments.
• Must be able to interpret and execute work from blueprints and specifications independently, with a strong understanding of jobsite safety standards, sequencing, and commercial construction practices.
• Minimum 6 months of recent, verifiable commercial plumbing experience required.
