Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning and unclogging using specialized equipment to ensure optimal water flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies during job site travel Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing fixtures and components in accordance with design specifications Maintain the integrity of water systems through routine inspections, system repairs, and preventive maintenance Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and assembly techniques for various piping materials Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, and troubleshooting complex plumbing issues Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to construction plumbing practices Ability to use hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively on job sites Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed Experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for accurate project execution Valid driver's license with experience operating a company vehicle; commercial driving certification preferred Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is a plus Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and understanding specifications Construction site experience demonstrating adaptability in dynamic environments Join us as a Plumber Technician where your skills will make a real difference!
