Yesterday Job Description The District is in search of a plumber. The starting salary ranges from $51,650 to $57,924 but may increase based upon experience. The person selected for this position will be offered a 260 day contract with the opportunity for overtime. The position will include an attractive fringe benefits package containing major medical, dental and vision insurance. Also included is paid vacation, personal and sick leave. The position will also pay into SERS. The skilled maintenance plumber should possess the following skills: Installs or repairs plumbing systems throughout the district. Replace valves, gaskets, bearings, and other plumbing system components. Prepares and monitors boilers during heating season and prepares for annual inspections. Installs or repairs plumbing and control systems. Performs pressure tests. Monitors and repairs fire suppression systems as directed.
