Job Description
Experienced Commercial Plumber Needed! Our client, a reputable company in the commercial and mechanical construction sector, is seeking a skilled Plumber with significant experience to join their team. If you are proficient in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and are looking to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures within commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans accurately to guide installations and repairs.
- Collaborate effectively with General Contractors, other trades, and construction professionals to ensure project success.
- Plan pipe systems and related equipment installations.
- Implement heating and cooling hydronic piping installations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience in commercial construction.
- Skilled use of hand and power tools pertinent to the plumbing trade.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best safety practices.
- Proficient with victaulic, pro press, and sweat end connections.
- Ability to repair and maintain pipe systems, supports, and related equipment.
- Comfortable performing mathematical calculations and measurement conversions.
- Plumbing certification is required.
