Flowmasters is a family owned plumbing company doing residential new construction for regional and national homebuilders in Medina County and the surrounding area. We are looking for an experienced lead plumber. The job is running houses from start to finish. Underground, rough in, finish, and gas, worked off the prints and kept on schedule with the builder. You may have a helper or a small crew under you depending on the job. Requirements Several years of hands on experience in residential new construction Proficient in all phases including underground, rough in, finish, and gas Able to read and interpret plumbing prints independently Working knowledge of the Ohio Plumbing Code Able to complete a house start to finish without supervision Able to lead a helper or small crew Reliable, organized, and efficient Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation and Benefits $28 to $35 per hour depending on experience Performance bonuses Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and paid holidays Company truck Uniforms provided Overtime available for anyone who wants it Year round work with no seasonal layoffs Annual company Christmas party Our schedule stays full through the winter.
